The IFA Sales Professionals Remuneration Survey is now in its 4th year, the inaugural report having been published in June 2003. The survey examines the remuneration of insurance company sales professionals who focus on the IFA market. All remuneration analyses in this survey are performed on both actual and on-target cash earnings. Analyses produced All analyses are conducted according to job-level. There are 8 job-levels in this survey. All pay analyses show Base Salary, Total Cash and Total Remuneration statistics. In addition to the main national analysis of all jobs, the survey reports feature:
Survey reports Reports are produced annually and are available only to participants. Analyses are available in electronic format. Each participant receives electronic output showing how their own practice compares to the market.
